Built-in uptime detection is a real strength, and Better Stack lists check locations that include Singapore among a broader global set. It is a solid pick for teams that want monitoring plus paging in one vendor and are comfortable with per-responder math. Rootly

Rootly is a Slack-native incident management platform with a strong workflow and automation focus. Teams that want incidents to create channels, pull in the right people, and drive structured follow-ups tend to evaluate it alongside incident.io.
