You define a team rotation (daily or weekly) and link it to alert channels. When a monitor triggers an incident, Vigiles automatically pages whoever is on-call at that moment. You can set overrides for leave or coverage changes, so the right person is always reachable.
Yes. Vigiles sends both down and recovery notifications. When a monitor comes back up, your configured channels receive a recovery alert with the incident duration so your team knows the situation is resolved without having to check the dashboard.
Once an incident is resolved, you can generate a postmortem in one click on Pro and Business plans. Vigiles uses the incident's event timeline, duration, and resolution notes to produce a structured document covering root cause, impact summary, timeline of events, and corrective actions. You can then send it directly to your alert channels.
Yes, on Starter and above you can optionally password-protect any status page. Visitors see a branded password prompt before any monitor data is shown. Useful for internal stakeholder pages you don't want to be fully public.
